Last night...finally got dressed after a full body shave in the warm shower. I put on my fav earrings, did my lashes and eye shadow. Bought a new pink sweater today and a pink heart watch. Put them both on. Doned suntan pantyhose with my pink toes being done the other day. Wore my dress slacks that feel like silk. Then put on my strappy staleto's(3.5"). Toped off with my hand band and some lip stick. Did my fingers earlier today.
This is were it gets tense... I have a ton of people outside the house that don't know I dress. I took 3 deep breaths and walked straight to the car, got in like I owned the place. No big deal except my heart was beeting way to hard. Dawn and I went to pick up my grandmother, no big deal there. We arrive at the placed and greeted my mom.
We all walked into the building, my bro and dad were holding doors. I was scared as sh!t. Alll is well so far. The four of us walked to the isles and sat down. The cerimony was 1.5 hours, a wee bit long. I need to tinkle and asked my mom which rest room I should use... She pointed to a double stall. I went in and peed like no tomarrow. 2 older guys had to go also, one said there's a lady inside one he'll wait. I finished qiuckly washed up and outed. They were so sweet. We went to dinner from there in the same building, different floor.
We sat together at the table. My mom loves the makeup job I did. She likes my shoes too. Other family there comented I looked very nice. At the buffee line, my sister inlaw whom didn't know I dressed said... And I thought I was gonna be the pretty one here tonight. Ladies, I blush, I kid you not, then we talked about our shoes for a few, I told her if she takes hers off, I'd find them a new home. She smiled and said she didn't think so. Moving on. the night was a blast, there was around 50 people there and not one person gave me a dirty look or and trouble at all. I guess picking the right outfit and a good crowd really helps a first outing. After we hung at my grandma's house for a bit. Then went to hang at Dawn's moms house... Still in drag, or for me: norm. I was dressed for over 4 hour in public...
