So i'm sitting there thinking with my i don't give a damn what people say mentality when it struck me....WTF do i need??

Hoping someone can help me. I just can't get eyeliner right. I know you have to have a steady hand [ i don't] and it always come out looking like a racoon. I was thinking of using a fine point painters brush with a black powder, Will it work?

Have you seen how much llipstick cost? Between $6-8 in washington. Geez. I'd be spending around $30-50 to get everything i want. :D
