I had the most pleasant shopping experience today at Lane Bryant.I needed a new bra,the sales staff were so friendly,I was able to try them on.I then decided that I needed two pair of panties;the manager said if I bought three,I would get two free and if I applied for their credit card I would be able to take off 15% more.Happy Day,I know I will be shopping there again.

Well clearly Lane Bryant realise that over a year we might well spend quite a bit of money at their stores, well done to them for providing such a helpful service.

Sounds like some good buys there Priscilla, I hope you enjoy them.

So was the extra 15% reduction for taking their credit card or instore card?

The 15% discount was for applying for their card.I'm sure they know I'll be a shopper there for years.

Layne Bryant is the best as for friendly. I was in a few weeks ago in drab with my wife and was asked to and allowed to try things on as I needed and invited back when ever I wanted. They were very nice. Priscilla I am glad you had a good experince there as well.

Had a very good experience shopping at Lane Bryant en femme myself.

BTW, if you get good service like that, be sure to send them a note commending the staff. You can do so via a "contact us" form on LB's site. It asks for your address and phone number, so I just put in the contact info for the store I visited and mentioned in my note I did so because I'm closeted.

Got a response back from LB a few days later, saying they were forwarding my info to the store manager to give an atta-girl to the store staff. Admittedly, it was form letter kind of response, but still it was good to let them know who's buying there.

Way to go Priscilla!! Gotta love that Lane Bryant. I've been in many times with my wife; now I'll have to start looking for me too! Good news, thanks, Olivia.
