Well it looks like the Manx TG community has just doubled in size!

I have had contact with another Manx Maid, so now there is at least two of us!

Expect Lisa Pink along shortly, and give her a nice warm welcome for me!

Now where are the rest of them, there should be at least six more? :confused:

Nearly!, there are roughly 80,000 people on this little rock, so there must be a few more of us lurking in the closets!

I spoke to Lisa yesterday, over 20 Min's on my mobile. :eek: I am a chatty cow!:p

She seems very nice and I have arranged to meet her on Saturday afternoon. :D

I hope she turns up here soon too.

Only problem is, what do I wear? Decisions, decisions, a girls life is so complicated. :p

Well I met with Lisa today, and she was very nice.

She was very much like me actually, we had a free and open discussion about a lot of things and I was very comfortable throughout.

Her hectic life made this not an ideal time, but I feel the possibility of friendship is fairly strong.

I was impressed that her family life was at the forefront of her attention and that she was natural and forthright throughout. Even her wife seemed comfortable with me around.

I didn't go as full on Rachael, more just me without the hair and makeup I just wore girlie cords, suede boots, pink top and my Rain Forrest Café leather jacket. Lisa was still in boy mode having just set up a stage for tonights gig, she plays Sax in a band.

I hope to meet her and her wife again soon, maybe her as Lisa next time?

Time will tell, but I am hopeful. :)


P.S. She did seem to recognise me, from my previous job :o, It' a small world and an even smaller Island

Sounds great Rachael. Glad you have someone else to hang out with and share ideas. She coming to this board soon?

That's great Racheal! Hope it's the start of a good friendship. Even though it's great to chat and I.M. on the Net, it's always better when you can meet with another girl, face to face. I'm very happy for you both. :cool:
