The finishing touch to the picture. If I am gonna dress all the way, I need to do my nails. I cant grow my own long, so I gotta "stick em on". (work is why) I have bought some good ones, and found they broke right down the middle! I havnt had the drama with cheapies though! I have had my toenails painted now for months without a break. Wish I could stay with the long finger nails too!

The fakes broke down the middle? Only way that could happen is you trying to flatten them out. There's a few places that sell 'wide bedded' falsies. They are a bit expensive but not too bad. El cheapo works just as well. :)

I've tried many times to grow my nails naturally long. Stupid things keep breaking.

The trick i have herd is to file your nails regularly and not let them grow to quickly but light file'n as the friction overheats the nail bed.
but not done this myself as I have acrylics

Just spent ages removing the polish on mine. Guess what? Yep I ran out of remover. Bloody hard to get off but I managed it, just. I was a bit drunk when I did them so I must have had about ten coats on them... lol. Mine seem to grow pretty fast but they also break easily, especially as I work outside in all kinds of weather. A healthy diet, of which I never seem to have, can help the growth of strong nails. As they say, if you look healthy outside you feel healthy inside.

I been growin my own nails over Christmas. Been fun! My lil finger and thumb are the best! I filed them so they wouldnt catch at work. I dont think I can keep them long, will be questions, and pain from bent nails. One day though, one day......................

I finally got to try falsies last weekend thanks to Freya.

I loved them, even slept with them on. I am impressed!

I am tempted to get some that can be worn in boy mode!

I HAVE to keep mine short, as they are so thin, and they DO crack up the middle!!! Here is a pic. You will see what I mean:-------Umm! -Ill be back. I need to resize it! ----Ok, here it is, I think:- The polish is chrome red. - It just looks purple in the light directly on it.
